Meet Katelyn
Hi, I'm Katelyn Zach - a committed Springfield resident, community advocate, and your candidate for Missouri House District 133.

I originally grew up in Kansas and moved to Springfield for college, where I got a Political Science degree from Drury University. While in school, I worked at a local non-profit whose main focus is to help families become financially stable and promote homeownership in Northern Springfield. I watched families go through struggles that so many of us know too well. Do we choose to pay rent this month, or do we go grocery shopping so that we have food on the table?

Since graduating college I have spent time working on political campaigns in the area, and as of this year, I have been a Legislative Assistant for two of our current State Representatives. I have seen time and time again how working families are not being represented. It is the dinner table conversations that matter the most, and are not talked about enough in the Capitol.

I am running for State Representative to change that. I believe in common sense over party lines, and in a government that works for all of us, not just a select few. Let's fight for a fair, healthy, and affordable Missouri for everybody. Together.
